CEdMA AwardsRecognizing Impact, Innovation, and Contribution to the Customer Education Industry CEdMA awards are distributed annually. Their role is to recognize excellence, encourage participation, and create visibility of member efforts. Winners are recognized at CEdMA annual conferences, receive a plaque, and are featured in a CEdMA press release. 2024 Customer Education Pinnacle AwardCEdMA presents the Customer Education Pinnacle Award to recognize outstanding achievement in the field of Customer Education within its membership community. We want to hear how you’ve made a significant impact in your organization through Customer Education. Maybe you’ve driven innovation through the use of generative AI or new approaches to driving revenue. Perhaps your new program or product offering has delivered a significant return on investment. Tell us about a first-of-its-kind project you have successfully completed. The prestigious Customer Education Pinnacle Award recognizes a project completed within the last 12 months that produced quantified impact for your organization. Success can be measured by financial impact, customer satisfaction, productivity gains, or improved retention rates. A strong application clearly defines the project, shares how the impact was measured, and provides knowledge that could be adopted by other CEdMA members. Past Award WinnersCEdMA Innovation Award The CEdMA Innovation Award recognizes creative thinking for out of the box approaches. This doesn’t have to be a high tech approach, just a new approach to a problem. Success is not as important as an innovative approach, and must be an actual executed project, not just an idea.
CEdMA Impact AwardThe CEdMA Impact Award recognizes making a difference in the organization through Customer Education.It must clearly define impact, which may be revenue, ROI, attach rate, student satisfaction, and so on.
CEdMA Service AwardThe CEdMA Service Award recognizes a non-board member or non-board employee that makes the biggest contribution to CEdMA, in terms of efforts in SIGs, conference sessions, Ask the Members, and so on.
