History

Founded in 1991, the Customer Education Management Association (better known as CEdMA) is the professional organization for training executives, managers, and practitioners focused on customer education at technology companies. 

 

Over the last 30+ years, CEdMA has evolved to offer meet-ups, webinars, blogs, newsletters, industry service reports, a best-in-class member conference, and so much more.
