In this interactive session, we’ll brainstorm a list of the most common challenges to selling training as a subscription.  For example, sometimes the Finance team and revenue recognition issues can present seemingly impassible barriers.  Another challenge is lackluster consumption which puts the renewal of the training subscription at risk.  Once we have a list of the common challenges, we’ll work together to identify some ways to overcome those challenges.
