Bryan ChapmanBryan Chapman, Chief Learning Strategist, Chapman Alliance will kick off the event with a compelling keynote: “The Ever-Changing Learning Ecosystem for Customer Education: What's New?” As a veteran in the industry, Bryan has over 22 years of experience and has worked with such organizations as IBM Global Campus, Symantec Education, EMC, Microsoft SMSGR, CA Technologies, Oracle University, SAP Education, JDA Software, and VMWare to help them optimize learning efficiency through the use of innovative learning techniques and technologies.
