It's 2018, and Customer Success is here to stay. As more businesses move to subscription models, the role of Customer Success has evolved from vague notions of "customer delight" to a strong focus on promoting software adoption and protecting revenue.

 

As such, more Customer Education teams are finding themselves working closely with -- or even housed within -- Customer Success teams. So how do we speak the language of Customer Success? And how do we use Customer Education as an engine to amplify and scale Customer Success efforts?

 

Adam Avramescu will share lessons learned from five years of working within and alongside Customer Success teams, and share strategies for developing content, managing portfolios, and measuring impact.
