Coffee and Networking

Welcome – Tony Coates, Chairman

Setting the Scene – Sue Martin and Kevin Streater
Workforce Credentialing has evolved as a term, especially in the Certification world, over the last few years and is hailed by some as the key to addressing the limitations of certification in a broader competency evaluation approach. This session will engage participants in a discussion around how to leverage a Workforce Credentialing approach which adds value and address some provocative questions, such as:

Do we have a common understanding of Workforce Credentialing?

Will badging replace certification?

Does Workforce Credentialing add value or just ‘dumb down’ Certification?
