CEdMA AWARDS PROGRAM
CONGRATULATIONS TO BENTLEY SYSTEMS - WINNER OF THE 2012 CEDMA INNOVATION AWARD!
At the Fall 2012 CEdMA Conference, CEdMA recognized the most recent winner of our CEdMA Innovation Award - Bentley Systems! The submission by Bentley Systems’ learning organization, Bentley Institute, reflected the development and implementation of a highly personalized learning path application that incorporates customized home pages, real-time progress feedback, and learning paths that can be saved, modified, and shared by organizations and their learners. The learning paths can be focused on such things as language, products, or learning preference, and can even be customized down to the module level within courses to eliminate redundant learning. Since its launch in April, more than 10,000 learners have begun using the site. The initial 150 learning paths created by Bentley Institute have been eclipsed by more than 550 learning paths tailored by individual learners to their professional development needs. Another 300-plus learning paths have been established by companies who then ‘push’ those training assignments directly to colleagues for completion. Congratulations to Bentley Systems!
The submission period for the 2013 CEdMA Impact and Service awards will open in the early part of next year.
Started in 2010, the CEdMA award program recognizes the excellent work of our members. There are currently awards for innovation, business impact, and service to CEdMA, and other awards may be added in the future. Winners receive a great award plaque, a press release touting their achievement, and are reimbursed for their full conference registration. CEdMA members do a lot of brilliant work, and the world should know!
